Our Process

At Made4More Recovery our goal is to make the admissions process as easy as possible. The following step-by-step instructions are meant to guide you in your path to long-term recovery and to provide you a clear understanding of what is required from our residents for initial intake.

Step 1

Complete our intake packet provided to you when you contact us.
Please be advised that we do not currently accept any residents who are on maintenance medications such as methadone or suboxone and a clean drug screening is required upon intake.

Step 2

Fully review the Made4More Residency Agreement
Please bring a signed copy of the contract with you upon intake into a M4M residence.

Step 3

Fully review the Made4More House Rules Agreement
Made4More takes adherence to our House Rules extremely serious so please bring up any questions or concerns PRIOR to intake.

Step 4

Once our M4M Executive Director has received your completed Intake Form, we will contact you to review and answer any of your questions.  Please be sure to include accurate contact information for yourself, your counselor and your emergency contact.

Step 5

Made4More will notify you of preliminary acceptance into a M4M residence and the availability of a bed.  A background screening must be completed at applicant’s expense.

Step 6

To secure and hold a bed, a non-refundable Admission Fee of $300 is required.  We will do our best to accommodate our prospective resident’s needs; however, M4M cannot guarantee the availability of a bed without a deposit.
